We receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration date, billing address, tax ID, and your payment and invoice history. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Project documents you upload. You may upload project documents for screening, such as plans, drawings, specifications, and related project information ("Project Documents"). 8. Colorado and Texas Residents

Colorado and Texas have consumer privacy laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Because the Service is provided to businesses, many of these laws may not apply to information collected about people acting in a business or employment capacity.
